We currently ship exclusively to the Continental United States. At this time, we do not accept orders from Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

No. Due to the size of our shipments and the nature of our products, we require a physical street address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping is 100% Free on all orders, including both samples and bulk 26lb cases.

Samples are shipped from our US-based warehouse. You can expect your sample to arrive within 5 business days.

Because our products are food items (candy), we do not accept returns or refused shipments. This ensures the safety and quality of the products we provide to all customers.

Bulk orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. Under normal circumstances, your order will arrive within 30 days.

We will email you the proof of dispatch (via image or video) within one week of your order date. Please note that US-side tracking updates usually appear within 20 days once the shipment arrives in the country.

We value your time. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, we will provide a $10 compensation per order as a gesture of goodwill.

We offer full protection for your shipment:

• Confirmed Lost: If the logistics provider shows the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement for free.
• Over 50 Days: If you have not received your order after 50 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

If your product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team immediately.
