A: Bulk orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. Under normal circumstances, your order will arrive within 30 days.

Q: When will I receive my tracking information for a bulk order?
A: We will email you the proof of dispatch (via image or video) within one week of your order date. Please note that US-side tracking updates usually appear within 20 days once the shipment arrives in the country.
